Kaizen uses selected 4-star/5-star hotels or equivalent premium business venues. The exact venue is confirmed for the scheduled session rather than being permanently fixed for every city.

Kaizen coordinates session logistics directly with registered participants or the booking contact. If a material change affects the scheduled delivery, the relevant participants are contacted with the updated information and next steps.
Use the notes or additional-requirements field during registration, or contact Kaizen with the registration reference. Requirements are reviewed as part of participant coordination.
Kaizen can provide programme and registration information relating to the booked learning activity, but participants remain responsible for checking and meeting the immigration, passport and visa requirements that apply to their journey.
Use the Join Kaizen faculty application. Trainers provide their professional profile, subject domains, teaching languages, delivery formats, European mobility, availability and CV. Applications are reviewed against future programme requirements.
The faculty application checks for an existing profile using first name plus last name, professional email or normalised phone number. If a matching profile already exists, a duplicate record is not created.
Information submitted through registration, private-learning and faculty forms is used to process the relevant request and support follow-up. Faculty information is not published on the public website simply because an application was submitted.
Use the Contact section of the website and include the registration, private-learning or faculty reference shown after submission whenever possible. This helps the team locate the correct record quickly.
